Congregations

Greater Lynchburg Habitat for Humanity appreciates the support and prayers of the Central Virginia faith community—our churches, denominational affiliations, religiously-supported group homes and colleges.

Community participation in this ministry changes lives for the homeowners AND for the volunteers.

Since 1988, the Central Virginia faith community has demonstrated God's love in action. Every dollar, every hammer swing, every prayer reveals God’s spirit at work beyond the walls of the worship space. Thank you, Lynchburg, for sharing your time, talents, and treasure.

If your congregation would like to get involved, please contact our office for information on volunteering, sponsoring a house, or setting up a presentation at your church about Habitat for Humanity.
May God continue to bless your congregation as we all seek to do God’s work with our hands.
